Include instructions for uvx dependency

I have never used astral, so using the uvx command simply gave me an error. Looks like it requires installing astral

+1 - wasn't aware of astral as an emergent alternative to pip

I'm in the middle of struggling with uv setyup and came here to leave the same message. This was a friction point for me

+1 there should be binary version. facing issues in keeping up with local python and it's versions for several other projects.
