Describe the bug

On Copilot CLI, after a bit, I encounter these errors:

When this happens, there’s no way to continue working, the flow is blocked and I have to start a new chat.

This seems to have been introduced in 1.0.48 or around there. As I am seeing the exact same issues in my corporate environment as well. I've had to downgrade to 1.0.46 to avoid this issue.
