Hey @wen0668
It looks like you're using a locally installed version of sentry at https://df-sentry.twyfordtile.com. This means I can't look at our logs to see what's wrong.

But what we can do is get some more information about your installation and try to debug things.

First I'd want to know what version of sentry are you running?
Have you been able to save and watch other replays?
Also, are Issues/Errors being saved and visible in the product too?

It can also be informational to look at the /stats page and see how many replays are ingested over time. That's available in the via the main navigation by clicking on Settings > Stats & Usage
