As a user I can visit my profile page, alter preferences, log out or delete my profile altogether

As a user I can:

• click on a button/avatar to access my profile page from any other page
• click on 'edit' button to change my preferences
• click on 'log out' button to log out
• click on delete button to delete my profile
• be warned that I am about to delete my profile and all my data
• navigate to some other page from my profile page
