commenting code for better understanding

Ok that's wonderful. Firstly I think you should give out a look at the code of certain methods and try to understand them and in process you could try placing comments to code for better understanding of the forthcoming crowd on this repo.
My suggestion would be to start out with matrices because it's the easiest of them all
