Description
As a manager/leader overseeing multiple digital employees (agents), I need a centralized Task Overview Dashboard that provides a bird's-eye view of all digital employees' work status and activities. This dashboard should serve as a "leadership perspective" to monitor, coordinate, and manage digital employee operations effectively.
Requested Features
1. 📋 Task Overview for All Digital Employees
- Display all tasks assigned to or being handled by each digital employee in a unified view.
- Support filtering/grouping by employee, status, time range, etc.
2. ⏰ Task Timing Information
- Task Start Time — When each task was initiated or assigned.
- Task Completion Time — When the task was completed (or estimated completion for in-progress tasks).
- Visual timeline or duration indicators for easy scanning.
3. 🟢 Employee Availability / Idle Status
- Clearly indicate which digital employees are currently idle (no active tasks) vs busy (working on tasks).
- Real-time or near-real-time status updates.
- Quick identification of available resources for new task assignment.
4. 🔗 Coordination & Escalation Items
- Highlight tasks or situations that require human intervention or cross-employee coordination.
- Surface blocked tasks, pending approvals, or inter-agent dependencies.
- Enable the manager to take action directly from the dashboard (e.g., reassign, approve, intervene).
Use Case
A team leader managing multiple digital employees needs to:
- Quickly assess the overall workload distribution
- Identify bottlenecks or idle resources
- Spot coordination needs before they become blockers
- Make informed decisions about task delegation and prioritization
