It would be helpful to be able to take notes about individual students, and to have these notes displayed when the student makes an extension request. This could be used in numerous ways including:
documenting student extenuating circumstances that may require them to make more requests in the future
Also potentially helpful for noting DSP status while no automated system exists (berkeley-cdss#45)
communicating to other staff preemptive extensions (ex: "the student met with me and I OKed 3-day extensions for all current assignments")
