As a course staff member, I want the Import Courses page to only show courses for the selected semester, so that I can quickly find and import the relevant courses without scrolling through courses from other semesters.
- Courses have an explicit term/semester stored (e.g., "Spring 2026") for querying
- When importing courses, the list is filtered to display only courses matching the selected semester
- The semester filter is clearly visible and indicates which term is currently being shown
