Settings for what projects to clone from, select in pulldown. Convention for script name.

Settings for your github username so it can clone your fork (related to #14).

Todo

1. Pulldown of all projects form settings
2. Input for github username (so works for forks, defaults to main CfEC repo)
3. Log status to a file, and note in UI somewhere to less >> shift+f to stream it. Keep updated status in UI though for when complete, instruct user to manually check it (more automation later)

Related optional ideas when done

1. Remove vms quick install instructions from README's
2. Site install select site size default?
