Address Bot Traffic

Still very TBD, just making an issue to carve out space for these - we've been seeing an uptick in site visits from Singapore/China (for an explicitly-US based site) and want to make sure we're handling the behavior appropriately. To be clear, we haven't seen any malicious behavior - just making a note to get ahead of this now.
