Reassign definitions on primary runtime change

If the primary runtime of a project changes, we need to re-assign the definitions of all nodes and parameters in that project to the definitions from the new primary. If the new primary doesn't provide a definition, that node will stay linked to the old primary definition and this node will effectively cause that flow to fail validation and become disabled
