Yank previous versions of fuser

Hi, can you please yank previous versions of fuser, which are passing NULL to the fuser_session_new?

There is a RUSTSEC advisory for it, but it might be better to yank this versions too.

There needs to be an upgrade path. Please provide a list of the effected versions, open a backport PR of the fix for each, and after those patch releases are out I can yank them
