RFC: capture updates from OTOBank fork

I just discovered this fork which seems to add some very nice features: https://github.com/otobank/create-react-native-module

for example:

• TypeScript option
• --use-swift option (issue How can we use swift instead of objective Objective-C ? #221, similar to PR add --swift language option #353?)
• --use-kotlin option (issue Support Kotlin for Android #352)
• remove extra pod install step (should not be needed any longer in most if not all cases)

under consideration for 0.21.0 (issue #423)
