`gnam` does not exists within `hsd()`

In `hsd()` there is a line refering to a column `gnam` : 

```r
oind <- grep(omit.string, as.character(pv[[gnam]]))
```

I think logically it wants genotype variable name or somthing, but it is not defined in the function.
