Bug: Built-in terminal fails to initialize in Desktop v1.4.0 (Windows 10)

Description

In the Desktop version v1.4.0, the built-in terminal is completely unusable on Windows 10 because it fails to initialize.

OpenCode version

v1.4.0

Steps to reproduce

1. Launch OpenCode Desktop v1.4.0 on a Windows 10 system.
2. Attempt to access or open the integrated terminal.
3. The terminal interface appears, but it hangs indefinitely during the initialization phase.

Windows 10

I’m experiencing the same issue.

Linux Mint 22.3 (fresh install): clean installation, no plugins, terminal fails to initialize.
Windows 11 (Desktop v1.4.0, updated): existing setup with plugins and Superpowers installed, same problem occurs after updating.
