Change tooltip to name prohibited #2391
Description
With w3c/aria#2670 the accessible name will be prohibited for the tooltip role.
It relates to ARIA global properties not used where prohibited, but it doesn't directly affect our current examples. Therefore no changes are required to align with the latest ARIA update.
Anyway, should we address this new bit in ARIA global properties not used where prohibited by adding a failing example or is the current coverage sufficient?
