The wirecell-img CLI provides commands related to WCT 3D imaging (the
img/ subpackage). See main and command help.
wirecell-img -h
Blobs exist in cluster files. Each blob shares a time with that of its slice and that time is measured relative to a frame time.
$ wirecell-img plot-blobs -p t \ clusters-img-3.zip \ cluster%d-anode3-blobs-t.pdf
The blob times may be compared against drifted depo times and
converted into an X-coordinate in order to compare both in a Cartesian
space which is coherent with Y and Z coordinates. To do this, a drift
speed and a starting t0 need to be given.
The t0 should be the start_time given to the ductor (DepoTransform)
and the speed should be the nominal or bulk drift speed. This example
converts WCT depo and cluster files to VTK files so the two data
sets should “line up” when viewed in Paraview.
$ wirecell-img paraview-depos \ --speed '1.56*mm/us' --t0 '314*us' \ drifted-depos.npz drifted-depos.vtp $ wirecell-img paraview-blobs \ --speed '1.56*mm/us' \ clusters-img-5.zip clusters-img-5.vtu
