Build a tool to explain split cliques

This will need the following functionality:

• Provide a GET-based query to choose both CURIEs and target (e.g. "examine/split?curie=CHEBI:91397&curie=CHEBI:76612&target=ci") that can pull this up so we can add those to an issue.
• Needs to support an arbitrary number of CURIEs (probably with a side-scrolling table)
• Will need to display all the CURIEs so we can easily identify which CURIEs should have a cross-ref that we can then go look for.
• Highlight CURIE prefixes that are common -- e.g. maybe both cliques have CHEBI, HMDB and CAS so they should in fact be different.
• It would be great if we can do something clever with the InChI Keys -- maybe try to reverse-convert this into a chemical formula or something.
• As with all these interfaces, we'd like some way to generate a summary that we could copy into an issue.
