Make the "Social previews" panel a plugin?

The way the Social previews panel appears to me to exhibit similar utility to a plugin. With the ability to add custom plugins and the hints at a plugin marketplace in the ✨ Add More/Plugin Marketplace section, I wondered why it wouldn't simply be another plugin?

We don't have a huge use for it internally and some of my teammates have asked me about it. Maybe there is a concept of "Native" plugins that all apps would need though?

we are using it at work and it just confuses business partners when they click it. should be able to be removed via props or a plugin you have to add
