Loading Indicator on App Install from Web Server or Files App

A small indicator or visible sign that apps are, in fact, installing and not stuck would be helpful for UX.

Proposal: Instead of an alert dialog (via Files app), I can make a light-weight app that manages installation.
It can have 3 states:

• "Do you want to install X from Y?" (optional step)
• "Installing ...`
• "Installed at [path]" (with auto-close option for web server)

Having this app is crucial for devices like the T-Lora Pager where it might take 30-60 seconds to install due to terrible SD card read/write performance.

It can also explain that the UI might hang during installation and that this is normal.
