KINC 3D viewer can not read in non-csGCN KINC network

KINC does not have the same output if a network is extracted prior to condition specific testing as it does after condition specific testing:

Notice that the second file has 3 additional columns on it. Both of these files were extracted using the kinc run extract command. This is an issue, as there is reference to KINC tidy networks in the documentation, but KINC does not output a consistent network.

This prevents KINC 3D viewer from opening a network that has not undergone conditional testing.

Suggested Fix:

• Have KINC only output one possible network structure --use dummy variables if need be
• Do not call the network output format "tidy", as it is not tidy Philosophical thought about the use of "Source" and "Target" labels #178 . Change the name to just "KINC network output"
