Issue with Adding Content and Creating Resources in SunbirdEd

Hi Team,

I hope you are doing well.

I am currently facing a couple of issues while working on SunbirdEd and would appreciate your guidance:

I am unable to add content to a course, as the content library appears to be empty.
I am also unable to create a resource. After saving, I am unable to submit it for review, which prevents me from adding it to the course.

It would be helpful if you could guide me on how to resolve these issues.

1. Can i know what is the Sunbird ed version deployed and used.
2. Can you share me the Framework api response when triggered to check for what reason it failed,
3. Please share the logs of player service for more context.

1. Sunbird version v8.1.0 for web version we deployed

when configuring for web version these endpoints were success, but now when we hit the same endpoint , we are getting the below response.

i see in the knowledge-ms the endpoint for framework is /framework/v1/read/:id
do we need to update the url or is the image for knowledge ms to be updated?

For Sunbird ed 8.1.0, We need to publish the latest version of the content editors and plugins to the blob storage, which will resolve the framework endpoint issue.
We’ll share the specific steps for this process by tomorrow and will update the documentation with the same.

Files to upload:

artifacts-upload/release-8.1.0/content-editor.zip
artifacts-upload/release-8.1.0/generic-editor.zip
artifacts-upload/release-8.1.0/v3.zip

Instructions:

Unzip the files.
Locate the corresponding folders in the AWS public bucket.
Overwrite the existing folders with the new content.

   Upload the contents of this repository to the Blob storage directory content-plugins
   Sunbird Content Plugins - release 8.1.0
