Build up tool / config changes to be able to effectively triage load issues in docassemble live, while its happening. Requires insight into most of the stack:
- nginx
- uWSGI
- uwsgitop should be installed on docassemble servers
- Python application timings
- Postgres / Database
Some of the necessary information might be in logs, but not all of it I think.
