As you go through the interview, use the Feedback link at the bottom of each screen to report all the issues you find. To help us investigate the issue, report only one issue at a time, from the screen where you encountered it.

Checklist

• Go through the interview from start to finish at least 3 times
• Check Mass.gov for new court form templates
• Check for significant changes to the relevant laws, regulations, rules, etc.
• Update the review_date in the interview metadata
• Review issues added by volunteer

Documentation

There are two ways to find the interview on Court Forms Online:

• Click on the repository title (e.g., SuffolkLITLab/docassemble-MAPetitionToSealEviction) above and look for the in the README or in the About section of the sidebar
• Go to Court Forms Online, click on All forms, and search for the interview

To test the interview thoroughly:

• Make sure the interview works equally well on a phone and a computer
• Try to “break” the interview with invalid information
• Test the branching logic by selecting different options
• Read carefully and look for text that is confusing or wrong
• Make sure the interview correctly completes each field/blank on the forms
• If the completed forms can be e-filed, test the interview with and without using e-filing
