migrate workflow from token to OIDC trusted

NPM did remove permanent token in favor of trusted oidc workflow (temporary token may also be used) and solid-ui has been forced to 2FA

Trying to publish solid-ui to npm I was faced with rejection of the permanent token
Some tests have been made by ODI on solid-ui to be confirmed, and the token method was removed

Due to the choice made in solid-ui allowed members of NPM need to use 2FA.

On the mean time to be able to publish SolidOS packages :
and until all workflows in SolidOS packages are tested and migrated to OIDC trusted,

• I reverted to both methods being available
  • 90 days token
  • OIDC trusted
• a 90 days token has been set in the SolidOS organization folder and all SolidOS packages updated to use the organization token
