[frontend] GB200 Dynamo TRT data prior to Dec 14 2025 not showing up

We have been tracking GB200 Dynamo TRT for DeepSeek since InferenceX's inception in Oct 2025. Yet data for this config doesn't show up prior to Dec 14 2025.
Likely this is some issue where we changed the name of the framework or some other identifying feature and the data is not being scraped.

Fixed by database migration
