Switch main server to Debian

Todos:

• Update ZFS role to also work with debian
• Change main server configuration to use debian platform
• Change doas to sudo as superuser_method`
• Take down main server by stopping all containers (maybe this should be a playbook in of itself?)
• Create backup of main server data
• Physically unplug ZFS drives
• Reinstall debian (maybe with the help of cloud-init for initial user configuration?)
• Physically plug in ZFS drives
• Reprovision and check if data is available and everything is working -> otherwise use backup data
