Be able to set per space notifications settings and other issues #329
Description
Describe the problem
Currently you have to click on every room and change it's notifications manually. Also the notifications option is hidden deep away in 3 dot menu and not available on context menu or settings page of the room.
Describe the solution you'd like
Add notifications settings options at space level in space settings that applies to all rooms in the space.
- add notifications settings to room settings as well
