DatawrapperSwitcher does not work within SWR Aktuell app

The DatawrapperSwitcher component does not render when used within the SWR Aktuell app.

The problem is related to faulty encoding of URL parameters when the Switcher is embedded in the SWR Aktuell App. We are working with the app team to resolve the issue
