Refactor InterfaceViewViewModel

Description

Currently, the InterfaceViewViewModel also embed the logic for the PhysicalFlowView. A new class (PhysicalFlowViewViewModel) should be created to handle the diagramming part. This class should inherits from the InterfaceViewViewModel.
