Sinclair units

I have the following units installed:

Sinclair wifi dongle/module: SWM-04 https://www.sinclair-solutions.com/en/products/optional-accessories/wifi-modules/8304-swm-04-053511000000627.html

I was able to get the aircon controller on to the network, and then after HACS installation setup the Gree device.

Even though that parameters are 'read' I cannot change the temperature in HA and push back to the aircon unit. Same with mode and other parameters. If I change the aircon target temperature, fan control on the wired controller, home assistant via Gree component does get the change, but not the other way around.

I am getting these logs:

Is there anything else I can do to check?

If there is any ways I could contribute and make this component work with the above Sinclair Units (which I have here to test with) please can you let me know. Limited python knowledge. Happy to help. Thanks Martin

In the Gree app there's a "Device Information" section

We struggled to get the device online, some iOS issues. Have finally got it on the EWPE app on Android and it says no newer firmware available other than 3.1

Unfortunately connection errors is something we can't fix. Closing this issue due to duplicates. Feel free to reopen if you found out the reason why this is happening on your model.
