Many videos choppy

Some videos, especially 1080p, show choppy playback. Mostly just temporarily, but some of them never manage to play smoothly. It might be related to quarnster/boxeebox-xbmc#7 and I just have to port some more code.

@quarnster, care to have a quick look or give me some pointers?
