Version 0.4

I've made PRs to add all the features in the v0.4.0 milestone, except for Pen. Is there anything else we want in 0.4?

Hmm, not that I can think of. Cloning/broadcasts are still a while off, so they can safely be put off for a while.

SVG support and fullscreen/caption control are the big things. SVG support especially is going to be the defining feature of 0.4.

We could always release 0.4.1 afterwards.
