'Name' (Details) is required; a new entry cannot be saved without. However, as it's details (and the related task might already provide enough info, I would remove the 'required' status. Instead, I would make 'Task' required. Or otherwise let the admin choose whether details and/or assigned task should be obligatory.
While Hours & Date are marked obligatory (with a red asterix), tasks can be saved without them.
