Rage Vortex (+Overexertion + Echoes of Creation) incorrectly counts Ancestral Cry/Seismic Cry as an exert

What is the behaviour in-game?

Rage Vortex is not a strike or a slam. Therefore, it should not be exerted by either Ancestral Cry or Seismic Cry

What is the behaviour in Path of Building?

In PoB, Ancestral Cry and Seismic Cry contribute towards exert, and therefore inflate dmg numbers with Echoes of Creation/Overexertion

How to reproduce the issue

On the PoB

1. Uncheck either/both Ancestral Cry and Seismic Cry
2. In the calculations tab for Rage Vortex, the "total more" modifier changes. Digging deeper, it is because the Echoes of Creation and Overexertion lines are changing, which suggests the warcries are counting as exerting Rage Vortex
