As the new revision of ISO 23150 has reached DIS state, there is a request to (bidirectionaly) align with the new changes, especially now that 23150 has some mandatory enums besides the previous non-normative ones. This issue is used to track work on this front.
The goal is to align especially the SensorData interface as much as useful with ISO 23150, while keeping important alignment between SensorView and SensorData modeling, where needed. As the DIS ballot period started on 2024-12-20 (12 weeks), any important feedback affecting ISO 23150 needs to be provided until the end (ca. 2025-03-14) at the latest to affect preparation of the FDIS.
The alignment shall try to retain backward compatibility as much as possible, while also providing for future major revision where needed/suitable. Where needed cross-ASAM OpenX topics shall be brought to the harmonization project/CG as needed.
