Murray has provided us with "nhsl-Part III" series of MS Word .DOCX files as samples
for "MS Word to AsciiDoc to HTML (GCWeb theme)" conversion.

Update 2021-04-26, from Sprint 32 record:

• Hazard Threat Assessment documentation (Phil, Murray) See issue Model documentation for 1st Draft of Canadasrm2 report seismic-risk-model#31 - First Draft out for peer review. Phil will take lead on edits. Few weeks.
  • Work with Anthony on publishing (Word > ASCII > GitHub)
    • Explore dynamic maps, sidebar TOC, etc. (Anthony)

• Perhaps the text needs to be justified?
  • (a) to avoid ragged text against the left edge of a ".right .float-right .pull-right" image
