Server 2025 requires restart

Describe the bug

On Windows Server 2025 24H2, Open-Shell start menu does not replace Windows start menu until after reboot.

To reproduce

• Install Open-Shell
• open start menu

Expected behavior

Open-shell start menu should open

Open-Shell version

4.4.196

Windows version

Windows Server 2025 24H2

Additional context

Tbh was surprised that it worked at all, given that Server2025 is not listed as a supported platform.

But it does appear to work perfectly, post-restart.

Do you have to use open shell? My Dell latitude is dead... Does not work anymore and it was the only PC I have with Windows11 hardware. Was obviously the one I had 2fa locked with the githubpasskey to my vortex Obama phone. So I think the point of open shell is moot. Or at least mute for now...

Umm shell was not an issue on GitHub until I posted about needing help on my Dell, it's not open source
