foreign characters for "calculator tasks"

Describe the bug

This is a real minor thing, and I'm not sure if this is worth reporting because it went away fast. But I just did a fresh install and found it strange that Calculator had what looks like maybe korean characters next to each icon.

Area of issue

Start menu

To reproduce

Fresh install of 4.4.196 on Windows 11.

Open start menu
Mouse over/click on calculator chevon ">"

The characters didn't change to full English until I clicked on one of the options.

Expected behavior

English from the start (based on system language)

Open-Shell version

4.4.196

Windows version

Windows 11 25H2
