Upgrade Matrix dependencies (tracking issue) #7925
Description
Why
This issue tracks recent dependency upgrades for NethServer/ns8-matrix, required for security, stability, and future-proofing the service.
Purpose
Keep ns8-matrix up-to-date and compatible with latest features and images.
Proposed upgrades
- Upgrade Synapse to 1.149.1 (PR #65)
- Upgrade PostgreSQL to 14.22 (PR #67)
- Upgrade Element web to 1.12.12 (PR #64)
- Upgrade Cinny to 4.11.1 (PR #63)
- Upgrade dependencies
Alternative solutions
- Delay upgrades if breaking changes or stability risks arise in downstream integration.
- Limit upgrades to critical security and bug fixes if needed.
Additional context
- PRs successfully merged and tested in CI.
- Release testing and changelogs referenced in each PR.
