Content switcher UI glitch inside Application launcher

Steps to reproduce

• Open cluster administration page
• Open the Application launcher by clicking the button in the top-right corner, or hit CTRL + SHIFT + A

Expected behavior

The content switcher for selecting applications layout (Grid / List) looks normally.

Actual behavior

The content switcher looks odd: the selected button (Grid / List) is not readable: color and background-color properties are wrong.
