Kicks you if you send the character on servers, unfixable?

Really I don't know if this can be fixed or not but I would like it if you could look deeper and see if there could be a way to make it not kick you when sent in the chat on servers that do not have it installed. It might require packet manipulation but it would be good to see if it could be looked into.

You have to apply this mod to your server so that you won't be kicked.
