From what I can spot from a quick search there's a couple issues with zones but all of these will require more investigation:
- If using AllowedSpawnGroups the SpawnGroups will always be locked only to that zone and not be eligible to spawn elsewhere - would maybe be solved by a new bool tag to specify whether it should be that strict or not.
- No good way to restrict all spawns in a zone except setting a fake spawngroup as allowed.
- Restricting spawns by faction does not work.
- Also have no option to exclude specific factions.
- Restricting spawns by mod does not work.
- It's unclear to what degree planetary lane zones exist.
