Spears are able to move armorstands

Describe the bug

Using a spear, one is able to move armor stands they are not trusted on.

To Reproduce

Go to a plot with an armorstand in which you are not trusted.
Take a spear
Hit the armorstand with a spear
The armorstand will move

Expected behaviour

The armorstand not moving at all
