[Feature request] Playlist: Auto-play-all from a video in a playlist

Feature Description

Currently playlists only auto-queue the next items in the playlist when the Play-all button is pressed, and only from the first video in the playlist. You then have to scroll through the playlist on the playing video to skip ahead to the video you want play-all to continue from.

It would be GREAT to be able to treat pressing any video in a playlist (from the main page or otherwise) as still part of the playlist, so it autoplays the rest of the playlist from that video.

I'm on board with this, provided that this feature is restricted to local playlists and not the main feed.
