Add LED configuration

The LED configuration (Lamp Array Attributes) are fixed when the driver is loaded.
So I think it would be easiest to read config from the registry:

• Number of LEDs
• LED arrangement
  • Default: Circular, layers of 8 (e.g. when 16 LEDs in total, two layers of 8 LEDs)
  • Circular, single layer, equidistant from each other
  • Linear (e.g. LED strip)
  • Square Matrix (works best with a square number of LEDs)

Square matrix might be arranged in different ways.
E.g. row by row from left or zigzag.
Current implementation is row by row from left, but with different arrangements animations would not look correct.

Optimally we'd let the user provide their own LampPosition array with x,y,z coordinates but I'm not sure how to best do that.
