Cooling for the mainboard case

Does this case require an Expansion Bay shell? The README doesn't make mention of any cooling or how to connect it...

Also, there's a typo in the folder name for the split version.

Yes, it needs an expansion shell (GPU or no GPU) and the interposer.
The mainboard does not have any fans unlike Framework 13.

Also a note about cooling from trying out the case:

Not sure if this is documented anywhere but there is a microswitch next to the interposer that the official case's top half presses. You'll be able to boot without having the switch down but the BIOS does not detect the expansion bay. This also causes the fans to not run so the heatpipes and presumably the CPU gets fairly hot.
