Subscription upgrade not being reflected in project

Can we access your project?

• I give permission for members of the FlutterFlow team to access and test my project for the sole purpose of investigating this issue.

Current Behavior

I have recently re-upgraded from the free tier, however, my project isnt updating and is still showing premium features as unavailable. This has peristed for hours now.

Expected Behavior

Being able to deploy a web app update without it showing FlutterFlow branding.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Upgrade from Free to Basic plan.
2. Go to the Web Deployment page in settings.
3. Unavailable: add favicon and toggle watermark off.

Reproducible from Blank

• The steps to reproduce above start from a blank project.

Hello!

I’m sorry to hear that you’re experiencing this issue. I see the message says that your plan was re-upgraded. Does this mean you previously had a different paid plan?

It’s possible that after changing or canceling your previous plan, your projects remained associated with an inactive team.
Please try going to your Teams page (http://app.flutterflow.io/teams). You should see the inactive team listed there. Remove that team, and your project should automatically be moved under your BASIC plan.

If this doesn’t resolve the issue, please send me the email associated with your user account so I can take a closer look.
