Data Model for Users Inconsistent with Design Documentation

I wanted to create an issue for someone to improve the current state for api calls such as /users to be consistent with the design documentation found at: https://fightpandemics.github.io/DataModel/#efec04b0-7fb2-11ea-ba73-c97a35e85484

I'm part of the iOS mobile app team and am part of the networking team for fetching / sending data to/from the backend and was hoping we could stay consistent with the current design documentation. I think the documentation deploy on the pages is the one currently in the Hackolade's son, but not sure if how up to date it is in regards to the current state of the APIs since usually, engineers forget to update it here.

I've sent you a message on Slack so that we can discuss this further to understand how can I help and how we can update this.
