Folder structure not maintained when creating an XDM package

xd-common jar: version 8.0.0
The XDM package created contains IHE_XDM(folder), INDEX.htm and README.txt files.

But the IHE_XDM, should have had "SUBSET01" folder, instead it contains files prepended with folder name "SUBSET01"
